Jimmy Keady is the founder and President of JLK Strategies, as well as a partner at Point1. Keady has worked on and advised campaigns at every level for the past ten years. Keady has worked for federal agencies, state house campaign caucuses, as a Chief of Staff on Capitol Hill, and as Senior Advisor for Members of Congress. Keady has an extensive background in public relations and communication, as he has directed crisis communications and media training for Members of Congress, Fortune 500 Companies, Small Businesses, and National Events.

He has also been on the front lines of Republican political consulting and managing competitive campaigns coast to coast on more than 50 races. Keady is unique in his field due to his comprehensive political experience. Keady started his political career working on a Congressional mandate as a member of the FDA Legislative Office while working on his bachelor's degree. In 2014, Keady joined Attorney General Greg Abbott’s successful run for Texas Governor. In 2015, Keady was Political Director for Virginia’s Speaker of the House, Bill Howell’s, primary race. In 2016, Keady managed several competitive congressional races, most notably former Congressman Tom Garrett’s win in Virginia's 5th Congressional District, later serving as his Chief of Staff.

In 2017, Keady went back to Virginia’s House Campaign Committee as Deputy Executive Director. In mid-2018, Keady became the General Consultant for Denver Riggleman’s special election for Congress in Virginia's 5th district, winning the seat by more than 6 points. Afterward, Keady served as Rep. Denver Riggleman's Senior Advisor. During the 2020 campaign cycle, Keady managed several congressional races and Senate races in some of the most competitive districts in the country. While consulting a candidate in the Virginia US Senate race, Keady was able to win a primary by over 65%. In the General, the Republican nominee also garnered the most votes of any statewide GOP candidate.

In 2021, Jimmy consulted multiple House of Delegates, a  landslide victory over a 14-year incumbent Delegate, as well as two who successfully flipped highly-competitive seats in the Virginia House of Delegates, securing a Republican majority.

Chaz Cirame has more than 20 years of experience helping staff policy-centered organizations with top notch talent He established Big Fish, a Recruiting and Human Capital Consulting firm in 2022 to help clients meet that most central need: outstanding, long-term hires.  

Prior to launching Big Fish, Chaz ran Cc: External Affairs, where he helped client cultivate valuable relationships in public policy and thought leadership communities. Clients included UPS, Amazon Web Services, the National Association of Broadcasters and Aircraft manufacturer Bombardier.   

Before establishing Cc: External Affairs, Inc., Chaz was a member of the senior leadership team at the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). At ALEC, he played an integral role in empowering the organization as the recruiter of the vast majority of cross-departmental new hires. 

During his tenure at ALEC, Chaz and the team he and his recruited team set unprecedented milestones in fundraising, legislative outreach, private sector member recruitment, and conference attendance. These accomplishments established a new benchmark for organizational success.  

In addition to these professional achievements, Chaz is a co-founder of Rules of Networking, a thriving 5,000-member networking community. He’s also a past board member for America’s Future and previously served as the elected President of the Washington Area State Relations Group, an association of state government affairs professionals. 

James Ringel is a Partner at Ringel & Brymer, PLLC. James first got into politics when he spent time at the Nevada State Legislature, interning with the Nevada Senate Minority Caucus with the state's Republican Senators. While there, he assisted in research and drafting for numerous proposed bills and even presented SB140 with Senator Donald Gustafson to the Nevada Senate Committee on Judiciary and the Nevada Assembly Committee on Corrections, Parole, and Probation. Afterwards, James also volunteered at the Nevada Basque Fry, hosted by the Morning in Nevada PAC. James graduated University of Texas Law School in 2021 and was barred the same year. Since graduating law school, James founded his firm in August of 2022. A year later, Jimmy Brymer joined as Partner to create Ringel & Brymer, PLLC. 

Jimmy Brymer is a Partner at Ringel & Brymer, PLLC. Jimmy has been involved with politics since he was 18 years old when he first joined the Texas College Republicans. An organization he was elected as statewide treasurer of during his time in law school. Additionally, Jimmy is current in-house counsel for the Texas Young Republicans. Jimmy is mostly active in state politics, but he does also dabble in national politics and has lobbied for Israel at the national level. Jimmy graduated from St. Mary’s Law School in 2020 and was barred in early 2021. Since graduating law school, Jimmy joined James as Partner to found Ringel & Brymer, PLLC, in August of 2023.

Dustin Tropp has pioneered a new approach to political headhunting and campaign recruitment with the establishment of Republican Jobs, a service dedicated to staffing political campaigns and consulting services. With a record of placing thousands of operatives in previous election cycles from Organizer to Cheifs-of-Staff to everything inbetween, Dustin's venture has successfully placed over 2,000 individuals by the end of 2022, revolutionizing industry recruitment.

Before his current endeavor, Dustin's experience spanned significant political and policy campaigns. His tenure at AIPAC laid a solid foundation in public policy advocacy, which he further built upon by managing several high-profile campaigns during the 2015 and 2016 presidential elections. His expertise in campaign strategies led him to Texas, where he joined Murphy Nasica, contributing to the staffing of thousands of roles over successive election cycles.

Dustin took a sabbatical from recruiting to serve as a campaign manager for a statewide campaign in Texas, before launching Republican Jobs in mid-2022. His goal was clear: to enhance the Republican Party's capabilities by connecting them with the finest talent available.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dustin is deeply committed to fostering political engagement among Young Professionals. He established the Austin Young Republicans, an organization that has flourished to nearly 700 paid members under his guidance in just a few years. His recent appointment as the Chair of the Young Republican National Federation’s Recruitment Committee underscores his commitment to this cause. Dustin's leadership has transformed the Austin Young Republicans into a vibrant hub for young conservatives to convene, develop, volunteer, and actively support the Republican Party.

Joe J. Williams has almost two decades of experience advising and managing political and corporate campaigns at local,county, statewide and federal levels with clientele including National Committees, Senators, Governors, Congressmen, State Legislators, and regional/statewide PACs.

Joe first began his political career while at Texas A&M University, where he worked on a local race for Justice of Peace. Prior to starting his career in field operations, he worked at the Houston City Council and in the Texas Legislature. In 2006, Joe founded his own political consulting firm and later co-founded WWA, which he helped grow into a nationally recognized firm known for its exceptional direct voter contact and grassroots management operation.
